"I just finished Lipstick and Letdowns, and wow I really enjoyed it. The title alone had me curious right away, and I kept trying to guess where the story was going… I was wrong so many times (lol), but that made it even better.
I completely fell in love with Maverick and Harper’s friendship. They balance each other perfectly and just feel so real. Sawyer’s character was such a beautiful representation of what it means to be a sister — supportive, honest, and grounded. And Maverick… I saw so much of myself in her. She’s so relatable, and her struggles hit home.
One thing that really stuck with me was how the story made me reflect on the way we throw around words like anxiety without always thinking. It also reminded me how important it is to really know and accept yourself. Maverick spent so much time overthinking and doubting herself, and it affected everything. But once she started embracing who she truly was, everything started falling into place.
Such a powerful story. Thank you for writing it and sharing it."
So, what are you waiting for?!
